I'm sorry, but there appears to be a problem in the information that has been passed back from PayPal.

This may be a temporary problem with PayPal, or it could be that there was a problem with the transaction itself. Once such reason for this error is if you paid by "eCheck". All eCheck payments take a few days to clear. Once the payment has cleared you will instantly be emailed your download information.
